Shenzhen Cadro (CATIC GROUP) Hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated "CADRO") was established in 1991. It started professional production of vehicle-mounted tail lift in 1995; and had the trademark "CADRO" registered in the same year. CADRO is now the flagship enterprise of tail lift industry in China. For the time being it has developed serials products: Tail-lift, Passenger Lift, Dock Leveler, Scissor Lift, Dump Cover, Side-opening System, Leveling System etc.

CADRO’s sales revenue in 2002 was RMB 30 million; this figure amounted to RMB 50 million in 2003. During first six months of 2004, it had already generated RMB 60 million of sales revenue. CADRO, an outstanding pioneer in this industry, has paid constant efforts to bring in and digest advanced environmental dynamic technologies from abroad; and it employs these technologies in R&D, production and distribution process of hydraulic equipment for vehicles in domestic market.

In addition to its professional R&D department with strong technical strength, CADRO has its own proprietary intellectual property right as well. Entrusted by Standardized technical committee of the national automobile, CADRO drafted out and had approved "Tail-lift for Vehicle " (QC/T699-2004), the industrial standard for custom built truck in 1995,and drew up "Technical Provisions on Enclosed Top Cover of Tippers/Trucks" in 2003. In 2002 CADRO passed ISO9001-2000 certification smoothly. To serve customers better, CADRO had its subsidiaries registered in Shanghai and Dongguan; then set up its offices in Wuhan, Nanjing, Taiyuan, Xi'an, Shenyang, Haikou, Chongqing and Nanchang. It has extended distribution and service network to most of provinces and cities all over China. All products of CADRO are insured by China Pacific Insurance Company against products quality risk in China.
