Installation and maintenance are the essential
components of CADRO in market extension and marketing strategy.
Aiming at after service of products, CADRO has set up its
Customer Service Center to plan nationwide service as a whole.

Two Modes of After
Service
Firstly, CADRO offers uniform service to users
in Shenzhen and the markets with filiales.
Products being handed over to users and put into use, CADRO
shall accustom users to correct operation and troubleshooting
of products as per the operating guide, hand over the certificate
of conformity and the warranty to them and let them informed
of addresses and telephone numbers of service centers. A telephone
visit or return visit shall be paid to users within 3 weeks
after products sold to get users' opinions on use and improvement
of products and give a satisfactory answer to them within
1 hour. Meanwhile, users shall be contacted within three months
to have their products serviced freely in the plant.
Secondly, CADRO shall provide installing
enterprises of CADRO products in other markets with installation
guidance, technical training and etc. in the form of assigning
technicians or establishing offices. Following normalization
of service, CADRO shall as demanded set up franchised service
centers locally in the mode of calling for tenders to uniformize
and systemize after service strictly as specified in its service
articles.
Engagement of User
Service
Service Engagement: All its products shall be serviced
freely for one year. In the warranty period users can enjoy
joint-maintenance service nationally by "Manual of Product
Maintenance". If maintenance is made at the local installing
plant or franchised service center, CADRO shall offer spare
parts and repair service freely. To guarantee quality of products
and service, CADRO shall still supply all spare parts.
In addition to spare parts and after service
of life products, CADRO shall provide after-sales technical
guidance free of charge.
For guaranteeing users' personal interest,
all CADRO products have been insured at China Pacific Insurance
Company against product liability risk.
If a user's property loss arises out of the product quality,
the maximum compensation for his or her loss shall amount
to RMB 3,000,000 Yuan.
If a user's personal injury arises out of the product quality,
the maximum compensation for his or her loss shall amount
to RMB 1,000,000 Yuan.
